Most trails are packed and skiable but you will hit rocks and they are rough. There is a thin classic track around the green and inner trails.

Trails packed
Trails were packed on Thursday Dec 21 evening. The trails are thinly covered and rough. Beware of rocks hidden just beneath the snow. Classic would be better than skate, although both are an option. Trails are open, but ski with care.

Change in the PAXC executive
Hello everyone. Last Thurday was the club's AGM. Christian Renault has stepped down as PAXC president. Erin Whyte has decided to take this role, for which the rest of the executive is very grateful. Welcome, Erin! Erin has been ski school coordinator and registrar. The new executive is:
President: Erin Whyte
Secretary: Kathleen Mottershead
Treasurer: Tammy McCarthy
Registration: Alicia Berthiaume
Trail Maintenance: Steve Bursey, Christian Renault
Equipment: Damien McCarthy, Jean Pelchat
Members at large: Clay Deighton, Scott Nichol
There is still a need for a ski school coordinator and instructors.
Thank you to all the volunteers of the past season. Thank you to all the volunteers who have been there in the executive for so many years, and still at it. A lot of hours are spent in preparing the season, and having things run smooth.
Please do not hesitate to be part of the volunteers needed for trail maintenance in the fall.
Have a great summer!
Christian Renault

Ontario Ski Trails
Thank you to Dan Roitner at Ontario Ski Trails for including PAXC on their website. Check it out or even leave a review and photos on the PAXC trails so others will know what the trails are like in Pembroke. Also thank you to Ted Moryto (club member) for helping to make this happen.
We also have a link on the right side to navigate to Ontario Ski Trails.
Happy Skiing!
