ski conditions

Excellent skiing. Skate lane groomed today and is granular snow. Classic track is mix of glazed in the sun and snow in the shade.

 Fresh classic trails (Green, Blue, Orange, Red only) this morning, very good skiing.

Saturday March 14

Blue was groomed for skate and classic this morning.  Yellow and pink trails done for skate.  Conditions should be good.

Trails open March 12

Trails are re-frozen and open, but with a hard layer of ice/snow. Conditions will be icy and sketchy on downhills. At present there is no classic track.

With snow coming on Friday we will be able to groom a nice surface again.

Conditions March 2

We are officially in spring skiing! With the melt and thaw cycle conditions depend upon the time of day. Early mornings will be hard and fast, and as the temps tip above zero will become soft. 

Great conditions on all trails. Groomed regularly.

Green and Blue trails were groomed this morning with more done in afternoon.

Trails are ok for skate skiing with the temp above zero they are soft enough, but it will be challenging to get grip to classic.
