New classic tracks around red, orange and blue trails. The red and blue were groomed for skating. Fair conditions overall, good on some sections but there are many rough patches from the thaw. Be cautious.

Groomed out to red loop. It's too wet to do much till it gets colder.
Ski conditions are good to fair but several wet spots. Most can be avoided.
